A woman accused of murdering her boyfriend has been indicted on the lesser charge of manslaughter.
A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted 26-year-old Tiffany Pitts Tuesday afternoon for the December 14th death of her boyfriend, 32-year-old Joshua Caleb Hope.
Police responded to a call of domestic disturbance at the Green Gable Apartments on the morning of December 14th. There they found Hope with a single stab wound to the chest. Hope was taken to UMC where he was later pronounced dead. However, Oklahoma police say Pitts reportedly stabbed Hope in self defense following a breakup in July.
