Wayne Flake, Merced Lopez, Jr., Mark Dyer, and Scottie Bell may soon stand trial. A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted the four men Tuesday afternoon for Possession of Marijuana over 50 pounds but less than 2,000 pounds.
On January 8th, authorities seized 120 pounds of marijuana, cars and firearms from a home in the 4300 block of 43rd Street. In total about 30 officers were involved in the bust that took nearly 150,000 dollars worth of marijuana off Lubbock streets.
Flake, Lopez, Dyer, and Bell were all arrested in connection with the marijuana. If found guilty, they could face two to 20 years in prison.
