Opposing Candidates Join Forces - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Libertarian Precinct Two candidate Marshall Phillips and Democrat John Mancias held a news conference on Tuesday at Godeke Library. The candidates informed voters of issues concerning the precinct.

Lubbock County Libertarian Chairman, Russell King, and Democratic Chairman, Irma Guerrero were also present.
