Lubbock Police Department offers tips for setting up neighborhood watch - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Burglaries have doubled in Lubbock over the course of one year. On Thursday, Police showed Lubbock residents how to set up a neighborhood watch.

"Keep your eyes and ears open and report any suspicious activity to the Police Department; any suspicious activity. That's what we're here for, and what we want you to do. And that's the basic concept behind neighborhood watch," says Sergeant Bill Casey.
