Before the cold front hit Wednesday morning, wet roads were causing problems for Lubbock drivers. Police say wet roads played a factor in a garbage truck tipping over Wednesday morning at 19th and Quaker.

Police say, the driver tried to stop suddenly and his back wheels began to fishtail. The driver lost control and landed in a ditch. Fortunately, the driver was not seriously hurt.
