Legacy Play Village: Adult Volunteers Needed

Project Coordinator Julia Camp says despite the cold weather, turnout was great. Four hundred people showed up to lend a hand Wednesday. About 350 of them were students, and that is why she says more adult volunteers are needed to help supervise the younger ones, experienced or not.

"If you think you can't do anything out here, or you think you're not skilled, don't worry about it! I will have a job for you. Just please, please come out and help us. We have a lot of stuff we need to get done before Sunday, says Julia Camp, Project Coordinator.

On Sunday, volunteers will put down their tools for the last time. Construction will stop on that day, even if the project is not complete. That is why your help is needed now, more than ever. Once again the project is located at the Brownfield Highway at Spur 327, near the Texas Water Rampage.
