City leaders hope Parkway Place spurs development in east Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - New jobs, new opportunities and higher property values that's what city leaders hope to accomplish with the Parkway Place.

They refer to the 20,000 square feet Parkway Place as a catalyst project. So the idea is to encourage future commercial development.  They'll hold a groundbreaking on Wednesday at 3 pm.
