Known arsonist arrested in Tahoka - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A man authorities suspect of several Lubbock arsons is arrested in Lynn County.

Police arrested 67-year-old Jerry Wayne Adams around 10 a.m. Friday in Tahoka. Adams is a known arsonist who was arrested in 1997 and served 10 years probation.

Fire Marshals began investigating him a few months ago, after several Lubbock fires fit the description of his previous crimes. He is in the Lynn County Jail on a recommended bond of half a million dollars.
