Gaines County Commissioner arrested over the weekend - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX. (KCBD) - A Gaines County Commissioner was arrested over the weekend.

According to the Seminole Sentinel News, Charlie Lopez was pulled over by a DPS Trooper and arrested for driving while intoxicated. The Seminole Sentinel says Lopez posted $1,500 bond to get out of jail.
