The teen who led area law enforcement on a wild ride across three-counties earlier this month was indicted by a Lubbock grand jury Monday.
You may recall on October 10th, Justin Podhorsky allegedly stole a car in Scurry County, and robbed an Alsups store in Hermleigh. Robbery spree all the way to Lubbock County. The chase ended when police say he slammed into a Snyder and Slaton police cars. A Slaton Police Officer was treated and released from UMC.
Monday, Podhorsky was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault of a public servant.
