LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - It's not just Lubbock water rates that are likely to go up but also wastewater (or sewer rates).
The base rate for a single-family residential customer is going up from $4.99 a month to $9.80 cents a month. That's nearly double. On top of that, the volume rate will go up about 12 percent. (from $1.83 to $2.05).
