Local Man Brings Trick or Treat Cheer to Hospitalized Children

Imagine the terrible timing for a child to be hospitalized on Halloween. So, on Tuesday, Paul Parks of Parkside Vending tried to bring some trick or treat cheer to the kids at the Children's Hospital at UMC. He loaded up about 100 trick or treat bags for the kids there and delivered them by wagon to each room.
