Odessa authorities want South Plains' help in locating man

ODESSA, TX. (KCBD) - Odessa Police need help from the South Plains to locate a 21-year-old man. They want to question Ryan Craig Holcombe for a homicide this week. He is not charged with a crime and local officers are asked only to find him and ask him to call Odessa Police. He is believed to possibly be in Tahoka.

Holcombe is a white man, 21-years-old, about six feet tall, between 155-170 pounds, blue eyes and brown hair. He could be driving a two door maroon Mitsubishi with Texas license plates PLW119.
