Plainview Police seeking suspect in recent robberies

Posted:

PLAINVIEW, TX. (KCBD) - Plainview Police continue to search for a robbery suspect, connected to two holdups Monday evening.  Captain Michael Carroll tells us the suspect held up Mister D's Amusement on Olton Road.

He tried to take cash from the register, but when the suspect saw there wasn't any, he fled. Investigators say the suspect did not show a weapon in that case, but about a half an hour later they responded to the Allsup's on West 24th Street where the robber did flash a weapon.

There, the suspect got away with twenty-five dollars in cash. In both cases, witnesses describe the suspect as a tall, thin, Hispanic male. If you know anything about either of these robberies call Plainview Crime Stoppers at 293-TIPS.
