Sudan Girls advance to State Championship game

LUBBOCK TX, (KCBD) - In the Class 1A Division I State Semifinals in Austin, #3 Sudan needed overtime to beat Normangee 62-53 to advance to the State Title Game for the 2nd year in a row.

The Nettes will play Roscoe for the State Championship 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Roscoe beat Martin's Mill 47-41.

Last year in the Championship, Sudan lost to Martin's Mill, who had current Lady Raider Jordan Barncastle.
