Rylander Stops in Levelland - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Texas Comptroller Carole Keeton Rylander stopped in Levelland on Friday. She talked about her Texas Next Step Plan.

The program will provide every Texas high school graduate a chance at two years of free college at any public community college or two year institute. Rylander is running against Democrat Marty Akins in the November 5th election.
