Police hold ceremony for 3 Honor Guard members - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Wednesday, Lubbock police honored its local honor guard.  

Police created an honor guard back in 1980.  Three officers served from inception until their respective retirements; Floyd Price, Joe Sanchez and Mike Beckham.  All three were presented with Texas flags that have flown over the Capitol in Austin.
