Help authorities locate Joe Luis Castro III - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

FLOYD COUNTY, TX (KCBD) - Floyd County authorities say he didn't make good on his word to turn himself in. Now, they need your help to track down this most wanted suspect.

Authorities need to find Joe Luis Castro III, 20. He's charged with indecency with a child. Floyd County Sheriff's Investigators tell NewsChannel 11 it's for an incident that happened last November, but a Floyd County Grand Jury just indicted Castro on the charge last month.

Authorities say Castro made arrangments to turn himself in, but he fled instead. Now, they need your help to track him down.  Investigators believe he's in the Lubbock, Plainview, or Amarillo area.  If you know where 20-year-old Joe Luis Castro III is or how to find him, call the Floyd County Sheriff's Office at (806) 983-4901.
