LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - For the 10th-consecutive year, Red Raider fans will have a rooting interest in the biggest game of the season – the Super Bowl.

Last night when the New England Patriots beat the Kansas City Chiefs – former Red Raider LaAdrain Waddle punched his ticket to his third-consecutive Super Bowl appearance.

Waddle plays a big part in New England’s special teams’ unit, and in the game, he will be looking for his second Super Bowl ring when the Patriots take on the Rams on Feb. 2 at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

With LaAdrian Waddle going to the Super Bowl, it marks the 10th-straight year that a Red Raider has played on the biggest stage.
