EmiSunshine gives KCBD a sneak peek of tonight’s performance

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - EmiSunshine, a 14-year-old prodigy from East Tennessee, has captured the nation’s attention with her voice and her musical wizardry.
Born Emilie Sunshine Hamilton, this singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist has appeared on Little Big Shots with Steve Harvey, the Today Show, and performed at the Grand Ole Opry numerous times.
Emi plays the guitar, mandolin, the ukulele and writes original music.
Her father play upright bass, her brother accompanies her on mandolin and “Uncle Bobby” Hill plays the drums.
Emi said she started writing original music with her mother at the age of five, and launched her career around the same time, performing at churches, community outings, and festival.
Now, she performs all over the country, while keeping up with her studies.
On Friday, February 1st she will take her talents to the Cactus Theatre.
The show begins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 1.
