Domestic assault charges against former Lubbock County Sheriff’s Deputy dismissed

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock County judge has dismissed domestic assault charges filed against former Lubbock County Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Coulter.
The case was dismissed on Sept. 4, 2019. Court records say, “Justice cannot be served through further proceedings in this matter.”
Coulter was arrested and charged, fired from Lubbock County back in February 2019.
