LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock Police has informed KCBD that the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force has arrested Brian Hernandez at the Copper Caboose in the 5600 block of Villa Drive.

Police say the arrest is thanks to a tip from the community member.

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The local United State Marshals Fugitive Task Force is searching for 22-year-old Brian Hernandez, who is wanted after an October supervised release violation stemming from prior drug charges.

Authorities believe he could be in the Lubbock area and are asking for the public’s help in finding him, according to a Lubbock Police Department Facebook post. Those who may have information on his whereabouts are asked to call federal marshals at 806-473-9353.

Hernandez is originally wanted from the Midland area, where he violated his supervised release. He is described as a Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes; stands at 5 feet, 10 inches; weighs around 175 pounds; and has visible tattoos on his right forearm.
