LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - GM Financial will soon be able to take back cars, trucks and SUV’s currently sitting on Reagor-Dykes Auto Group dealership lots.
Judge Robert Jones ruled Friday the company also known as AmeriCredit Financial Services had reached an agreement with RDAG representatives to begin taking back their vehicles after 5:00 p.m. the evening of March 6.
Jones made the order in Lubbock’s bankruptcy court as part of a relief of automatic stay for GM Financial involving Reagor-Dykes collateral.
The order requires GM Financial to document and report back to the court the year, make and model of each of the vehicles they take back, as well as their status being new or used, and the Vehicle Identification Numbers.
The order also terminates an automatic stay places upon Reagor-Dykes by the Scurry County Tax Office in connection to the Reagor-Dykes Snyder dealership. It requires GM Financial notify the tax office of all information it gives to the court.
