LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The man accused in September of 2018 of firing a gun at his neighbor from his roof has been indicted for attempting to evade an officer in a vehicle.
Joe Lee Harrison Jr, 54, of Lubbock, was arrested September 15, 2018, after Lubbock police and SWAT were called to his home in the 1900 block of 45th Street.
A neighbor alerted police that Harrison was on his roof, firing a gun at him. He was charged and indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Then on February 27, 2019, Harrison was arrested again when he drove away from an officer who was trying to arrest or detain him.
Harrison remains in the Lubbock County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
