LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Radar Foundations Inc. will be hosting their first ever Autism Awareness Walk at the Ollie Liner Center in Plainview on Saturday, April 13.
According to a news release, the location was moved to the Ollie Liner Center due to weather concerns but the event will still be happening.
Registration for the walk will start at 12:30 p.m. There will be three separate walks throughout the day. The first walk will begin at 1 p.m., the second at 2 p.m. and the third and final race of the day will begin at 3 p.m.
There will be free hot dogs and water stations along with sensory tents, information booths, inflatable bouncers, face painting and more.
Radar Foundations Inc. is a nonprofit organization that believes “every person deserves to reach his or her full potential regardless of age, income, disability or social status.”
