LITTLEFIELD, TX (KCBD) - Police in Littlefield are asking for help in their investigation into the death of a woman.

Littlefield Police are asking anyone who saw or talked with LaTisha Smith last Thursday or Friday to contact them at (806) 385-5161.

Chief Ross Hester spoke with KCBD Wednesday evening and said the department received a call about someone going into cardiac arrest. Hester said they are still trying to gather a timeline of her death, however, and wish to speak with anyone who may have had contact with her in the days leading up to her death.

This is still an ongoing death investigation.

Public records show Smith, 45, had been a resident of Littlefield since at least the 1990s.
