LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - After three years on the Texas Tech coaching staff, Max Lefevre is heading to the NBA to be the Head Video Coordinator and Player Development Associate for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
During his time working with Chris Beard, Lefevre has had stops at Angelo State, Arkansas Little Rock and Texas Tech.
Over the past six seasons that Lefevre worked along side coach Beard, they had an overall record of 153-51.
As Texas Tech’s Director of Player Development, Lefevre helped the program reach historic levels.
Lefevre joins a Timberwolves team that drafted Jarrett Culver with the No. 6 overall pick, after they made a draft-night trade with the Suns to acquire the Lubbock-native.
