1 dead after Thursday morning crash on Southeast Drive

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Lubbock Police Department is investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash Thursday morning in the 3800 block of Southeast Drive. Police say 39-year-old Daniel Martinez died in that crash.
This was reported around 5:45 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 12 near the 3800 block of Southeast Drive, according to police. The Dodge Ram 1500 Martinez was driving was traveling southeast, drove into the center lane to turn left into a business driveway and was hit by a Chevy Silverado.
Martinez was pronounced dead at the scene. The Silverado driver was not injured.
