Teen driver seriously injured in Highway 385 rollover north of Levelland

Teen seriously injured in rollover airlifted to UMC

LEVELLAND, TX (KCBD) - Two people were injured in a one-vehicle rollover on Highway 385 north of Levelland on Saturday.

The driver was airlifted to a Lubbock hospital.

DPS tells us the driver, 17-year-old Mariah Munoz of Littlefield, was traveling southbound on US 385 in a 2004 GMC SUV. She overcorrected and the vehicle rolled before coming to final rest.

Munoz was transported to UMC for serious injuries. The passenger, 18-year-old Mariah Camargo of Littlefield, was also taken to the hospital, but is said to be in good condition and should be released soon from Covenant Levelland.

As mentioned in the last post, we have been very busy. 1 vehicle rollover North of Levelland on Hwy 385. 2 Injuries. One Air lifted to Lubbock. Stay safe out there!
