LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Monterey’s Braxton Fulford hit two two-run homers late to help Texas Tech beat Texas State 8-4 at the Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic at Minute Maid Park in Houston.

The win was the Red Raiders 6th in a row. They are now 6-3.

Chris Masters hit a three-run homer for Texas Tech.

The Red Raiders face Sam Houston State, 3 p.m., Saturday.
