Seminole man identified in fatal crash Friday morning

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Police have identified a man killed in a fatal crash April 30, on U.S. 385.

The crash occurred just before 9 a.m. about two miles south of Seminole on U.S. 385.

The preliminary investigation indicates David Harms, 36, of Seminole was traveling north on U.S. Highway 385.  Harms vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.

Harms was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police stated Harms was not wearing a seatbelt.
