Local brewery places in two categories at Texas Craft Brewer’s Cup

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Lubbock’s love for craft beer is on the rise and now, people across the state can boast about our local hops.
Two Docs Brewing Co. participated in the 2022 Texas Craft Brewers Cup in Austin, Texas, and return with two silver medals.
The competition took place on Saturday, February 12, With more than 755 beer entries submitted and 131 breweries competing in 27 categories, only 57 breweries won.
Two Docs Brewing Co. submitted and won silver with their Prairie Dog Porter in the “Barley & Strong Ale” category. They were awarded another silver medal for their Chilton Gose in the “American & European Sour” category.

There were 37 judges who rated more than 150 beer styles.
