Police identify man injured in Saturday motorcycle crash

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash Saturday afternoon on the westbound access road of North Loop 289 and Ave. P.
Police say 37-year-old Ricardo Casares Sanchez tried to turn right onto Ave. P when he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed in the intersection.
Sanchez was taken to UMC with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
