Federal judge in Amarillo suspends authorization for abortion pill Mifepristone

AMARILLO, Texas (KCBD) - District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, a federal judge in Amarillo, has ruled against the FDA, suspending authorization for the abortion pill Mifepristone.
This decision, however, will not go into effect for at least a week, giving time for the Justice Department to appeal.
