1 seriously injured in motorcycle, pickup collision in 2100 block of 50th Street

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Lubbock police are investigating a motorcycle crash that left one person seriously injured Sunday night.
Just after 7:45 p.m., officers responded to a crash with injuries in the 2100 block of 50th Street.
Upon arrival, officers found 60-year-old Robert Garrett. He was taken to UMC with serious injuries.
Investigators say it appear a pickup, driven by 28-year-old Edilio Fuentes-Lopez, was driving north and was in the process of turning when the pickup collided with the motorcycle.
The crash remains under investigation.
