Covenant Health hosting Back-To-School Bash

LUBBOCK, Texas (NEWS RELEASE) - Covenant Health is excited to host our annual Back-to-School Bash for the third year in a row.

Kids can fulfill all their back-to-school health requirements by getting their immunizations and physicals done at our bash from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 3rd at the Covenant Medical Group Northwest Clinic at 611 N. Frankford Avenue.

Sports physicals will be $35, and immunizations will be $8 each. Please bring shot records if available.

In addition to physicals and immunizations we will be offering face painting, balloon animals, food trucks, and other fun activities for kids. The Kite Flight pediatric & maternal transport ambulance will also be on site for kids to explore, as well as a Lubbock Fire Rescue engine and Lubbock Police Department vehicles.
