Goodwill Industries of Northwest Texas to host job fair Sept. 30

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Goodwill Industries of Northwest Texas will host a job fair on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Goodwill Administration Building, 715 28th Street.

Goodwill is hiring for a variety of full-time and part-time positions throughout the Lubbock area. Applicants are encouraged to bring a resume and be prepared for on-the-spot, in-person interviews.

Open positions include store managers, rotating managers in training, assistant store managers, keyholders, production supervisors, donation attendants, retail associates and more.

Starting pay is $13 per hour and up. Full-time employees are eligible for a benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and paid vacation and sick time.
