Chelsea is a morning digital content producer for KCBD. As a Lubbock native, she has a passion for local storytelling. Chelsea received her BA degree in journalism from Texas Tech. While her main focus is digital and social media content, Chelsea has produced and anchored Saturday evenings for FOX34 and KCBD. Chelsea is a new mom. Her daughter Lucy Jo was born in February 2022. Her husband Jordan is a nurse at Covenant Health.
Chelsea wrote for the Daily Toreador while attending Texas Tech. She started her career as an intern for Good Day Lubbock and was hired as the main digital content producer for FOX34 in 2018. She hopes to continue pursuing a producer/anchor role with KCBD.
