After day two of the MLB, seven Red Raiders have been selected. That’s the best among all colleges tied with Florida.

Governor Greg Abbott today sent a letter to the Texas Rangers baseball organization declining the invitation to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the their home opening game.

All eyes in the college baseball world will be fixed on Arlington where the Red Raiders will be among three Big 12 teams and three SEC teams in competition.

The KCBD Sports Xtra play of the week came out of Toronto, Canada. AS Blue Jays center fielder Kevin Pillar, makes a great diving catch in the bottom of the 7th inning. The Blue Jays go on to win this game 8-4.
