TULSA, OK (KCBD) - A former ATF Agent from Lubbock was sentenced Tuesday to 21 months in prison. Brandon McFadden joined the ATF after having first been a Lubbock police officer.
While working for the ATF in Tulsa, McFadden was accused of helping Tulsa police officers falsify evidence against suspected drug dealers. McFadden pleaded guilty last year and has been living in Lubbock County while he was awaiting his sentencing date.
McFadden agreed to cooperate with federal prosecutors in the hope of getting leniency. He could have been sentenced to five years in prison.
Three former Tulsa police officers were also sentenced Tuesday.
