Coke and Pepsi are changing the way they make their products after concerns were raised over the caramel coloring they use. Studies in mice suggest a chemical used to make caramel coloring may become cancerous during the cooking process.  So now, by changing the way they make caramel coloring, Coke and Pepsi can avoid a warning label, but both companies say their sodas will still taste the same.
