Three men arrested during police bust of "Project X" party

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Three people have been arrested for their role in an overnight party that mimicked a recent movie. Lubbock police responded to a call in the 2400 block of Avenue J just before 11 p.m. Friday.

Eyewitnesses say the party was called "Project X" and was based on a recent movie about teenagers who throw a huge party with alcohol that gets out of control. Eyewitnesses also say they saw several hundred kids at the party; however, Lubbock police won't comment on the arrests. Lubbock police dispatchers say the case has been referred to TABC. Several plain clothed officers could be seen taking alcohol from the party.

According the incident report, three people were arrested. Isaac Reyna, 19 and Quentin Evans, 21 were arrested for criminal trespassing. A third person was arrested for possession of marijuana. That person was 17 years old.
