Justice sentenced to 99 years for 2010 assault

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Scotty Dean Justice, 41, was sentenced Wednesday to 99 years for aggravated assault, 75 years for aggravated sexual assault and another 75 years for an additional aggravated sexual assault charge.

Justice has to serve half the total time before he is eligible for parole. All of the charges carried a possible life sentence

On March 19, 2010, authorities said Justice sexually assaulted a woman because she turned in his ex-wife to CPS.
