Raising awareness about child abuse at 15th Annual Blue Ribbon Rally

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Thousands of families gathered in the Depot District Saturday for the 15th Annual Blue Ribbon Rally Bike and Car Show, united behind the message that "It shouldn't hurt to be a child."
The event is dedicated to educating the community about child abuse and neglect-related fatalities.
This past year, 61 Texas counties had child abuse and neglect-related deaths..
OIne was reported here in Lubbock.
Along with raising awareness, participants enjoyed live music, delicious treats, and a chance to win a 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle.
