LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Four suspects are now headed to trial, connected to the case of an Amarillo teen who told police she was held captive in Lubbock.
Grand jury members indicted Eduardo and Justin Hernandez, Tucker Matthews, and Angel Ramos for sexual assault of a child.
The incident prompted an early-morning SWAT raid back in July, after the victim ran to a McDonald's on 50th and Quaker saying she had escaped from a nearby home.
Investigators say the 15-year-old was coerced into prostitution and abused.
