LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A grand jury indicted Lubbock County Sheriff's Office employee Thalia Mullins on a charge of bribery Tuesday.
Mullins was a clerk at the jail responsible for the work release program.
Investigators say she approached a person in the program and offered to give him credit for cash.
That person alerted authorities, who set up a sting and arrested her.
