Sheriff's Office seeking info about person of interest in Hembree case

The Lubbock County Sheriff's office is seeking any information regarding the last known activities of Michael Todd Ramsey on/or after February 26, 2013.

Michael Todd Ramsey was known to have been with Maegan Hembree on that date just prior to her disappearance, and is known to have been in possession of her red 2-door Saturn after she disappeared. Michael Todd Ramsey is currently incarcerated in the Lubbock County Detention Center on unrelated charges and is considered a person of "high interest".
