LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted four Lubbock people accused of torturing a man who owed them money on Tuesday.
Christopher Andrade, Kimbra Andrade, Mark Cardona, and Derek Fias are all charged with Aggravated Robbery.
Police believe the group took the victim to a shed and blindfolded him.
They say the suspects hooked a car battery to the victim's genitals and shocked him, burned his forehead with a meth pipe, and then drilled a hole through his shin.
All four suspects are behind bars.
