Texas Supreme Court justices to visit LISD schools

Three Texas Supreme Court justices will be visiting Lubbock ISD on Wednesday and are planning to make presentations at Coronado, Estacado and Monterey High Schools.

They are Justices Phil Johnson, Don Willett and Jeffrey Boyd.

They plan to arrive at their respective campus locations at 8:30 a.m. and stay until approximately 11 a.m.

At each of the three high schools, the justices will speak to students from government, economics and mock trial classes.

At Coronado, 4910 29th Drive, teacher Todd McKay will host in room 109.

At Estacado, 1504 E. Itasca, teacher Lucio Trevino will host in room 159, and at Monterey, 3211 47th Street, teacher Joe Martinez will host in the film room.
