LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock native on the Texas DPS 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list is now in custody.

Troopers arrested Josue Reyna last Tuesday, while they say he was trying to enter the U.S. at the Del Rio International Bridge.

The area is along the South Texas border with Mexico, West of San Antonio.

Reyna was wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and retaliation.

According to DPS, he fired several shots at a home back in November of 2011.

Two other men on the list were also arrested last week in Mexico.
